This series of aerial images kind of makes us feel a little nostalgic for summer.

They're by Munich-based photographer Bernhard Lang and part of a series called 'Aerial Views'.

We like how Lang removes his subject, yet keeps them all in the picture by zooming out, reducing some shots almost to abstraction.

Whether it's people splashing about in the sea, lounging on boats or hanging out on the beach, this is the perfect capture of a summer's day.
